From the entrance hall, stairs rise to the first floor, with a cloakroom on the left and doors opening into the lounge and kitchen/dining room. The lounge has a window to the front and double doors opening onto the rear patio and garden. The kitchen is well appointed with a modern range of high gloss wall, base and drawer units having integrated SMEG appliances including an electric double oven, gas hob with extractor over, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are windows to the front in the dining area and also to the rear garden. A further door opens into the utility, where there is plumbing for the washing machine, an understair cupboard and door to the garden.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms and a bathroom off the spacious landing, also including the airing cupboard housing the gas fired LPG boiler. Bedrooms one and two both have windows overlooking the rear garden, with bed one also having a fitted wardrobe and a door into the en-suite shower room. At the front are bedrooms three and four, which enjoy a lovely view across the green to village church and fields beyond. Finally the bathroom enjoys a panelled bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
At the front, there is driveway parking for two/three cars up to the single garage. This has an automatic up and over door with power/light supplied. The rear garden is really good size, and benefits from landscaping with a shaped patio extending from the lounge, opening onto a lawn. This is enclosed behind timber fencing and retained by well stocked shrub beds and wooden sleepers. Behind the garage, the vendors have created a 'play' area, which currently houses a hot tub. Furthermore for convenience, there is an external power point and outside tap.
