Meet the team

View Property Partner and creator, highly experienced with 16 years in the industry and focuses on the marketing side of the business. Keen Plymouth Argyle fan and enjoys time at the beach in Summer and country walks with his family and 2 dogs in Winter!

Will grew up locally and joined View Property as an Apprentice, starting in our Launceston Office and progressing well before taking a promotion in our Tavistock Office where he now works as our Sales Negotiator. Will is a popular member of staff with clients and colleagues alike with his friendly and cheerful persona. At the weekends Will likes to keep fit and is very sporty, often playing football when he’s not working!

Kim has experience both within the sale and rental market and is a great addition to our Tavistock Office. As well bringing a wealth of knowledge Kim also helps organise the office and keeps things under control! Having lived in the Tavistock area all her life Kim loves to be part of the local community and her knowledge of the area is invaluable when dealing with clients. In her spare time Kim is a proud wife & Mum and keen horse rider.

Caroline is a well known estate agent who has in excess of 10 years’ experience selling houses in Tavistock which is her home town. She is our Tavistock expert and conducts a large portion of our viewings in the area and can often be found looking after her grandchildren in her spare time.

An enthusiastic and energic member of the team who conducts many of our viewings and prepares our sales particulars and marketing. Gemma has brought up in Launceston and still lives in the Town and has expert local knowledge of the area. In her spare time Gemma enjoys shopping, gardening and baking.

Amelia is our friendly and efficient Administrator and Sales Negotiator in our Launceston office. Amelia deals with the majority of the initial enquiries we receive on properties alongside preparing property marketing for sale. Amelia lives in Launceston for many years and enjoys walking her doggy at the weekend.

Mark is a vastly experienced agent who has been in the industry for 15 years now working predominately in Launceston and Tavistock. Mark is well know in the industry as very hard working with a calm and pleasant manner when dealing with clients. Mark is a keen runner and has already completed several half marathons.

Lindsay lives in Launceston and works in our busy office where she has impressed with her enthusiasm and personable approach. Lindsay grew up in Tavistock where she worked as a journalist for 15 years, gathering a range of transferable skills. A keen sporting lady and a rower for Cotehele Quay, Lindat has 2 children and enjoys time with the family and dog walks in her spare time.

Richard is a vastly experienced local agent who has been selling houses now for over 35 years in the area and adds a calm and reassuring presence on viewings. Richard is a keen sportsman and plays badminton as well as being a regular at the gym.

Will is our new apprentice negotiator in our Launceston office and has grown up in the town with a good local knowledge of the area. Will is a very calm young man learning the industry and dealing with many new enquiries from buyers via phone and email.

Jackie moved to Cornwall from Surrey in March 2016 with husband and dogs - best move ever!!! She has spent the years since then visiting the many wonderful beaches and beauty spots in Cornwall, and I’ve learned which way to put jam and cream on a scone! A real people person, who is looking forward to meeting lots of you and helping you to find your perfect home.

Abi joined us as an apprentice in our Tavistock office a few years ago and has impressed with her organisational skills and hard work. She has become a valued member of the team and excels with her customer service skills and always looks to go the extra mile. In her spare time she enjoys spending time out and about with her dog Stitch.
